What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Specialist (SOBU) position at Red Bull North America?
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide key support to the Talent Acquisition department on all recruiting matters for Red Bull Distribution Company.
This is a hybrid opportunity that can work out of any market within this region that with an RBDC facility.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Expand allMANAGING THE PROCESS
Manage recruitment email inbox with high volume recruiting requests and questions
Own the internal candidate experience from start to finish
Maintain recruiting tracker spreadsheet and send out on a weekly basis
STRATEGIC TALENT ACQUISTION SUPPORT
Support the Recruiters by creating pipelines of top talent
Cultivate relationships with internal leadership and Talent Business Partners in designated business regions to understand business initiatives and overall strategy
Support the strategy and Talent Acquisition efforts when RBDC enters new markets
PROVIDING A PREMIUM EXPERIENCE
Deliver a consistent support experience to the business
Take a thoughtful and timely approach to working with all candidates
Utilize the tools and processes that are provided and set by Talent Leadership
EFFICIENT AND COMPLIANT TA PROCESS
Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and tools
Adhere to EEOC and OFCCP guidelines throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Utilize diversity sourcing strategies
- Experience providing excellent customer service to ensure premium experiences for candidates and hiring managers
- Outstanding ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other office applications
- Desire to expand knowledge of Human Resources
- Travel 10-20%
