Position Overview
The Plumbing Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating plumbing sales operations, scheduling appointments, assisting with estimates, and maintaining excellent customer service. This role serves as the bridge between customers, technicians, and the sales team, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.

Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
- Schedule and confirm plumbing sales appointments.
- Assist in preparing and sending estimates, proposals, and contracts.
- Track open estimates and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update sales reports.
Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for plumbing sales inquiries.
- Provide timely responses to customer calls, emails, and online requests.
- Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and the sales team.
Administrative & Process Management
- Assist with invoicing, payment processing, and financing applications.
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, warranties, and service agreements.
- Support marketing efforts related to plumbing sales, such as promotions and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination (home services industry preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools.
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
