This role involves fractional HR support, project-based assignments, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR compliance, benefits administration, payroll, and recruiting, combined with the ability to deliver exceptional client service and identify opportunities to expand our support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end HR services tailored to client needs, including HR compliance, benefits administration, payroll processing, and recruiting.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations (California compliance experience is a plus).
- Collaborate with clients to identify HR process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage HR projects, including employee handbook development, compensation reviews, and organizational restructuring.
- Partner with clients on recruiting efforts, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing personalized HR solutions.
- Identify areas where additional services or expertise could benefit clients and refer opportunities to internal experts and service offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, technologies, and industry trends to support clients effectively.
- Operate in a remote work environment with potential travel to client sites as needed.
