Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Growth Operations Analyst to support our Growth team operations. This role will be responsible for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Teaming Agreements (TA) , as well as providing comprehensive proposal coordination. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and improving our internal processes, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, and assisting senior management in assessing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

NDA and Teaming Agreement (TA) Management :

• Draft, review, and process NDAs and Teaming Agreements to ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.
• Track, organize, and maintain a database of executed NDAs and TAs, ensuring accurate records of agreement status, expiration dates, and renewal requirements.
• Coordinate with legal, business development, and leadership teams to review and negotiate terms of agreements, ensuring alignment with company strategy and risk tolerance.
• Liaise with subcontractors, prime contractors, and teaming partners to facilitate agreement execution, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely approvals.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations by monitoring adherence to NDA and TA terms and conditions.
• Develop and maintain standardized templates for NDAs, TAs, and related documents to streamline the agreement process.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding NDA and TA inquiries, amendments, and renewals.
• Provide periodic reports to senior management on the status of NDAs, TAs, and related contractual agreements.
