Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients in their day-to-day HR activities, designing and implementing HR processes as needed.
- Advise and guide clients in HR best practices that support and reinforce their business change goals.
- Implement HR software solutions to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide clients with HR metrics and reports, offering insights to improve their workforce management.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to internal projects and the company's HR knowledge base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2 years proven people management experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience independently creating and implementing organizational processes and projects.
- Previous experience in recruitment, hiring, off-boarding, performance management, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Working knowledge of a P&L is preferred.
- Desire to become certified through a recognized HR accreditation provider.
- Proficient with Mac OS, MS Office products, Google Drive, Google Apps, and Slack.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with three days per week based in Parsippany, NJ.

- $62,000 - $65,000 / year with additional compensation through performance-based incentives.
