Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients in their day-to-day HR activities, designing and implementing HR processes as needed. These include, but are not limited to; recruitment, onboarding, compensation planning, performance management, administration and compliance, and employee offboarding.
- Independently advise and guide clients in HR best practices that support and reinforce their business change goals.
- Advise on and implement HR software solutions to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide clients with HR metrics and reports, offering insights to improve their workforce management.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to internal projects and the company's HR knowledge base including best practices, templates, and process design.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2 years proven people management experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience independently creating and implementing organizational processes and projects from beginning to end.
- Previous experience in some or all of the following; recruitment, hiring, off-boarding, performance management, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Working knowledge of a P&L is preferred.
- Desire to become certified through a recognized HR accreditation provider.
- Proficient with Mac OS, MS Office products, Google Drive, Google Apps, and Slack.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with three days per week based in Parsippany, NJ.
