Red Coats, Inc., one of the largest cleaning companies, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in our Houston office. We are looking for a very motivated admin to join our team!E/O/E/M/F/V/D
Responsibilities
This position will aid with payroll, onboarding, billing, maintaining files, answering phones, providing a consistent presence in the office and will support the Regional Operations Managers and Branch Manager. Additionally, they will help with inventory, ordering uniforms and conducting other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma required.
- 2 years of Administrative work experience
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent oral, written, reading, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Team player and self-starter
- Manual dexterity, and detailed oriented
- Must be able to make timely decisions and adapt to change
