Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in full service restaurants
- A positive personality and outlook
- Weekend availability (Friday through Sunday) is a must. The more open that you are, the better!
- Adaptability to the ever-changing restaurant scene
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in upscale dining settings is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly while providing excellent customer service.
- Take and process orders accurately using Toast POS.
- Ensure food safety and proper handling during service and preparation.
- Assist with food delivery and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance their dining experience.
- Uphold sanitation standards and contribute to a welcoming restaurant atmosphere.
- Create Raving Fans!!
