The manager must be able to motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of low morale. A top candidate for this position must have strong leadership and organizational skills. The manger should be firm, but also approachable.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, interviewing and training staff to follow restaurant procedures.
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
- Delegating daily tasks. Supervising front staff's daily shift operations.
- Addressing any issues in a timely fashion, getting customers feedback on the experience and handling complaints.
- Organizing schedules, keeping track of employee's hours and recording payroll data.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
- Setting a good example for staffs.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of full service restaurant management experience(Not Fast Food)
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work at high volume in the FOH.
- An ability to deliver constructive criticism.
- Computer literate and basic Math skills.
- An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
Pay: $57000 - $63000/ year
