Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage the daily operations of residential construction projects.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute construction activities effectively.
2. Supervision and Leadership:
- Lead, direct, and supervise on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Provide clear instructions, guidance, and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.
3. Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship, materials, and construction practices meet quality standards and specifications.

4. Safety and Compliance:
