About the Role:

As a Recruiting Assistant, your mission is to assist the internal Recruiting Manager by assisting with the administrative elements in order to streamline the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Review resumes
• Review skill assessments
• Notetaking and summarization
• Responding to candidate email inquiries
• Competitive intelligence research
  
  
  
  
  

Who You Are:

• Ability to evaluate and analyze resumes and provide data-supported decisions
• Eager to learn and refine process
• High degree of attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to follow structured, routine tasks
• Performs quality work in a timely manner
• Familiar with Google Suite products (Google Sheets, Gmail, Docs, Drive, Forms, etc.)
