Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist provides direct support to the Marketing function by assisting the Marketing Manager for Red Door Homes. They are expected to embrace and help establish an active Marketing culture within each division. They also support the ongoing review and analysis of sales data and recommend or adjust Marketing spend or ads when needed based on the guidance from the Marketing Manager. They are responsible for keeping content on website and social media fresh and up to date.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understands and promotes the principles of the Customer Experience and recognizes that a “Wow” experience often requires a “shocking level of communication”, a “shocking level of information” and a “shocking level of exceeded expectations”.

• Manage, teach, and communicate the Red Door Homes customer-centric “Experience” projecting a positive and well thought out attitude to all customers and employee interactions through all forms of communication (written, verbal, non-verbal (body language) and appearance).

• Assist in updating website photos, profiles, written content, blogs

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

• Review Marketing goals and metrics regularly and evaluate performance against these goals at a division level

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan content ideas (video, photography, and copy) that coincide with the brand to be used across all marketing channels

• Manage a content and project schedule

• Work with videographers to script, create, and direct video needs

• Upload photography and videos to all platforms as needed

• Create monthly Marketing emails and Social Media ad campaigns as needed

• Catalog photography, video, and other content as needed on a shared drive

• Repurpose already obtained media on different platforms

• Monitor competitor’s online presence

• Involvement in the Marketing budget and oversight of those expenses monthly.

• Assist in ensuring relevant information and marketing material

• Monitor and respond to social medica comments / advise Marketing Manager of negative comments or reviews and ensure all comments and reviews have been followed up with

• Ability to timely respond to any negative reviews and work to get that customer to an offline forum and further work to resolve the situation to a mutually satisfactory outcome.

• Attends and participates in regular team meetings and training sessions.

• Additional responsibility as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
