Purchasing Coordinator Job Summary
The Coordinator creates and maintains coordination between vendors, buyers and other team members throughout the organization. This position requires strong analytical and math skills, organizational skills and the ability to create and maintain strong vendor relations.
Coordinator Job Responsibilities
- Release List – Run/scrub weekly reports, assist w/email follow up
- Daily delivery calls to confirm and receive material
- Update PWIP report
- Equipment Rental – Seamers, On-Site Roll Formers
- Admin back up – inbox, OAs, invoices
- Scheduling Manager back up – Release List, delivery date changes, etc.
- All other assigned tasks as seen fit
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
