Core Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology & Lead Generation:

Lead all aspects of Hubspot implementation, optimization, and reporting

Design and execute sophisticated customer journeys and nurture campaigns

Create and optimize conversion-focused digital advertising campaigns across platforms

Leverage intent data and analytics to drive strategic marketing decisions

Generate actionable insights to inform campaign optimization

Maintain Hubspot certification and stay current with platform capabilities

Partnering with Business Development Associate to create and implement sales strategies
Analytics & Performance Management:

Monitor and analyze metrics across multiple platforms including Google Analytics, Looker, Google Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads

Drive data-informed decisions based on cross-platform analytics

Create comprehensive performance reports integrating multiple data sources

Identify trends and opportunities through multi-platform analysis

Implement tracking improvements to enhance reporting accuracy

Take decisive action based on performance metrics to optimize campaigns

CRM Database Excellence:
