Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual to assist in managing a busy and thriving real estate office. Additionally, this individual will be a personal assistant to the Broker of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and have a knack for effective communication and organization. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing schedules and record keeping. MUST have real estate experience or some sort of real estate background. Being licensed is not required but a bonus.
Duties
Manage front desk operations, which includes greeting and handling visitors, answering calls, sending and receiving emails, communicating with agents, scheduling, database entry, marketing, agent onboarding, bookkeeping and whatever else is needed to run the office.
Experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with the following is a BONUS: Realcomp MLS, Dotloop, Follow-Up Boss CRM, Showingtime, Google Drive - Docs and Sheets, Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Facebook, Instagram and Zillow Premier Agent CRM.

Pay: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
