DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adheres to production schedules, work flow, and demands of the pastry shop.
- Adheres to all specs in all recipes and food apportionment.
- Maintains excellent kitchen hygiene conditions at all times.
- Has knowledge of all state health department regulations and ensures all conditions and standards are met.
- Assists in preparation, apportionment, and garnishment of basic baked goods, desserts, and confections.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
