Contract Photographer / Videographer / Licensed Drone Pilot

Red Hog Media is an established real estate media business that provides real estate agents photography, drone photography, videos and other additional products to enhance the sales of their listings more effectively. We service the North Idaho, Boise Idaho & the Phoenix Metro area. We are a photography team who strives on providing the best customer service, on time delivery and quality images.
Who Are We Looking For?
Creative, motivated, and driven individuals who can adapt as we continue to grow and advance while taking on new responsibilities. You must be organized and ready to learn new skills. You must have a car with a current and legal driver’s licenses well as car insurance. You must ALWAYS be courteous for customers and be prompt adherence to appointments. This is a contract position so contractors hired must provide their own gear. The ideal candidate will have a full kit (DSLR, 360 Camera, Drone) plus a Part 107 drone license.

Photographer’s Responsibilities
- Keep schedule updated for effective booking
- Receive appointment information
- Prepare equipment for upcoming appointments
- Give great customer service and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Travel to your appointments a few minutes early
- Perform pre-shoot walkthroughs of the property
- Perform the assignments
- Complete other appointments, if multiple in a day
- Send all media to the office by end of the day for post-production
Equipment Requirements
- DSLR Camera, capable of 5 or more AEB bracketings, 24 Megapixel: Min APSC sensor size.
- Wide Angle Lens - Anywhere between 10 - 16 mm or equivalent (depending on crop factor), or willing to invest.
- Sturdy tripod for DSLR & Monopod for 360 camera.
- Drone (DJI or other equivalent to it), 12 megapixels and video capabilities
- Ricoh Theta Z1, other Matterport-compatible camera, or willing to invest in one
- iOS device (iPhone)
- Computer or Laptop with high speed internet (upload speed of 15 mpbs)
- Ability to pass background check
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to walk / hike around job locations in all weather environments

Skill Requirements
We will provide training to get you on the same page with our process and you will demonstrate real estate photography expertise by completing a practice complete package. A FAA Part 107 licensed and insured drone pilot are required.
Education Requirements
- College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation
We offer competitive compensation for the appointments completed and pay a percentage of the total price of the products you create. This can range anywhere from $35 - $160 per appointment. More specifics to follow after application approval.
