Red Horse Market is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team! If you love crafting quality coffee drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, including espresso, drip coffee, cold brew, pour-overs, and more.
- Maintain a clean and organized café space throughout shifts.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests.
- Display, cut, and serve baked goods, pastries, and other treats.
- Stock and restock café supplies (milk, cups, pastries, coffee beans, etc.).
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bakery teams to ensure a fresh and well-stocked display of products.
- Grind coffee beans and maintain knowledge of different coffee varieties and brewing methods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Uphold company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness at all times.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Prior barista experience
- Ability to work both closing and weekend shifts.
