The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in supporting REDs growth strategy by leveraging data to drive strategic decision making. This position will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide insights that improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Management: Aggregate, clean, and structure data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that impact business operations.
- Dashboard & Report Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to visualize key business metrics.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor operational and financial KPIs, providing real-time data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Automate and streamline data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Use data to assess industry trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
- Forecasting & Predictive Analytics: Support business planning by developing data-driven models that improve forecasting accuracy.
- Executive-Level Reporting: Prepare clear and concise reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
- Two or more years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
- Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and forecasting techniques
- Ability to interpret and translate large datasets into strategic business recommendations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
