At Red House Behavior Resources, your main responsibilities as a BCBA include developing individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans, supervising clinical staff, and working closely with clients and families to achieve meaningful and socially significant outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Perform Initial and ongoing assessments
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide in person supervision and training to RBTs
- Provide monthly caregiver training
- Review and monitor data for progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Maintain accurate record of data and complete progress reports as required by the funding source

Qualifications:
- BCBA or BCBA-D Certification
- You have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates and staff.
- You have knowledge of HIPPA regulations to safeguard patient information.
