Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter II to join our team and contribute to the success of our residential construction projects. As a Carpenter II, you will execute carpentry-related production activities with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. You’ll act as a role model of our core values—Excellence, Accountability, Service, Collaboration, and Urgency—while taking ownership of responsibilities on-site.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform advanced-level residential carpentry, including framing, roofing, siding, trim, and cabinetry.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and effective job site management.
- Lead smaller jobs independently, overseeing subcontractors and managing materials.
- Interact professionally with customers and represent the company positively.
- Read and interpret blueprints, troubleshoot plans, and suggest solutions to problem areas.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials with care and efficiency.
- Adhere to company standards, teach others, and seek opportunities to enhance skills.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to the Lead Carpenter or Project Manager.
