Are you a natural leader who thrives outdoors and loves creating beautiful landscapes? Join our team as a Landscape Supervisor at Red Ledges — a private mountain community — where you’ll guide a crew, work with your hands, and leave a visible impact every day.
What You’ll Do
- Project Design: Work within budget constraints to maximize visual impact and continuous improvement of all Red ledges Common Area and Managed neighborhoods.
- Project Coordination: Communicate with vendors, contractors, and residents.
- Lead the Team: Supervise and work alongside crew members on daily landscape tasks.
- Hands-On Landscaping: Prune, plant, mulch, fertilize, and maintain green spaces.
- Irrigation Know-How: Oversee watering schedules and troubleshoot issues.
- Train & Mentor: Help crew members grow with hands-on training and guidance.

- Quality Control: Ensure safe, efficient, high-standard work on every project.
- Sustainable Focus: Use smart water practices and native or drought-tolerant plants.
What You Bring
- Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance.
- Leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example style.
- Strong plant knowledge and irrigation troubleshooting ability.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
- Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and machinery.
- Great communicator who can coordinate crews and vendors.
