We are a nursing facility operating in Dallas, Texas serving senior residents within and nearby areas. We are looking to train Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic team. Duties and responsibilities
- Perform light housekeeping duties that residents can't complete on their own
- Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion
- Observe and immediately report resident reactions and changes in condition as well as take and record vital signs
- Safely lift and reposition residents as necessary
- Perform other similar duties as assigned by the nursing department when necessary
- Assist with the distribution and collection of patient nourishments and meal trays

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years old and above
- BLS/First Aid Certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Proof of COVID vaccination
- Ability to work well under pressure and give sound judgment with minimal supervision
- Physically fit to lift, transfer, and assist patients with mobility
