✂️What You’ll Be Doing as a Trimmer a.k.a. Ninja (starting at $15.50/hr): ✂️
You’ll play a key role in perfecting each product we create. You’ll be the final gatekeeper for quality, inspecting and refining plastic parts to meet our top-tier standards. With a keen eye and steady hand, you’ll trim, flame, and deburr molded parts, helping us maintain the level of excellence our customers expect.
- Review plastic parts right after they’re molded, ensuring they’re up to our standards.
- Use hand tools and power equipment to refine parts for a flawless finish.
- Identify and pull out any parts that don’t meet quality specs—your eye for detail is everything!
Physical Demands:
- You’ll be standing and walking a lot, with some stooping, bending, and reaching involved
- Must be able to lift between 15-40 lbs
- Ability to wear protective gear and work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving parts
