This is a fun place to work! Sharing the Red Lodge Pizza Co. kitchen and a fun and open atmosphere in the bar, with a heated patio that snuggles up to the Carbon County Steakhouse, the "Front" is a locals' hangout that welcomes visitors from afar!
Essential Job Duties: include the following; other duties may be assigned:
- Mixes beverages using an extensive range of ingredients, including liquor, bitters, soda, water, and fruits
- Takes orders from customers as well as restaurant wait staff and serves drinks as requested
- Assess customer preferences and make drink recommendations
- Provides a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with guests
- Collects money and utilizes the POS
- Checks identification to verify the legal age requirements of customers
- Keeps a well-stocked bar of all necessary ingredients
- Cleans bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain sanitary conditions throughout the bar
- Slices and prepares fruits
- Works with management to recommend new drink menu items
- Takes orders and serves food to customers in the bar and on the patio
- Complies with all food and beverage laws and regulations
- Changes kegs and restocks bar
- Hauls trash, shovels, mops, and cleans bathrooms

Valued Experience/Education:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years working as a bartender
- RASS certification
- Training or experience with bartending
