We just remodeled our entire restaurant after 25 successful years! You will love to work at our new counter, which features 19 ice cream flavors to scoop, a vibrant and busy take-out service, seating our guests, answering the telephone, and helping out where needed. If you are starting in the hospitality business, this is a fabulous opportunity to earn great tips!
Essential Job Duties: include the following; other duties may be assigned:
- Greets all guests appropriately and assists them efficiently and effectively
Seat customers accordingly to the table rotation
Helps clean tables and reset place settings
Uses Point of Sale (POS) to ring in To-Go orders - Works closely with the Restaurant Manager to manage waitlists
- Takes orders on the telephone as well as answers and transfers calls
- Stock supplies in the counter area
- Serves ice cream
- Keeps counters clean at all times
- Picks up To-Go orders from the kitchen
Skills and Qualifications:
- Team player

- Organized and detail-oriented
- Commitment to working hard and being reliable
- Cash Handling skills
Valued Experience/Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but ok if you are still in school!)
- Experience in the customer service field is preferred but not required.
