Job Description:
Join us as a pivotal member of our team! We are currently seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to collaborate closely with our General Manager at Red Mesa Mercado. In this role, you will play a crucial part in upholding our standards of service, quality, and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless restaurant operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and maintaining high morale.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
- Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness, service, and food quality to surpass guest expectations.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, enhance revenue, and meet financial objectives.
- Monitor and manage operational costs, including labor and inventory, to optimize profitability.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold our brand ethos.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and offer constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a secure and healthy workplace environment.
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers, addressing feedback promptly and resolving any concerns effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, achieving targets, and driving profitability.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.
