Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Make recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality service
- Uphold company standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including wine and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferences:
- TIPS certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Strong Mexican cuisine & Tequila knowledge/experience
