- Full-Time, 40 hours per week

- Salary: $55,000-$65,000 annually
- BHT or BHP
- Location: EmotiZone Gilbert OP Office
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field OR equivalent field relatable experience, preference for a master’s degree
- One year of supervisory experience preferred, demonstrated skill aptitude
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct care adolescent behavioral health services with community-based outreach and case management experience
- Excellence in customer service
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and PHI security requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Fingerprint Clearance Card as state regulations require
- Proficiency in crisis intervention and ability to assess safety concerns during intake
- Knowledge of Arizona state regulations for Behavioral Health Medical Facilities
- Competency with behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and Medicaid/private insurance authorizations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage team effectively
- Ability to work with adolescents experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with families, referral sources, and internal teams
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation requirements
- Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and professionally

- Provide direct care/services to clients and their families
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based practices to foster client progress effectively
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to facilitate coordinated care
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
- Oversee a team of behavioral health professionals, paraprofessionals, and support staff, ensuring a cohesive and productive working environment
- Provide regular individual/group supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster professional development and growth
- Ensure strict adherence to agency policies and regulations set forth by Arizona DHS and AHCCCS
- Monitor staff productivity and facilitate effective caseload management to enhance service delivery
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to improve staff skills and competencies
- Organize and lead team meetings to discuss case progress, address challenges, and share best practices for continuous improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing programs focused on quality improvement
- Ensure timely submission of reports, audits, and other compliance documentation
- Participate in the hiring, onboarding, and training processes for new staff members
- Support crisis intervention efforts and effectively manage risks
- Represent the organization in community meetings and build partnerships with external stakeholders
- Setting: Outpatient clinical setting, Community Based, Client Home or School
- Physical Demands: Prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. May experience inclement weather; heat or cold. Hazards working with unstable population
- Schedule: May require occasional evening or weekend availability based on client needs. Required to be on call and carry a cell phone
- Travel/Training: Must have reliable transportation, valid AZ drivers license, pass MVD screen. Driving a company or personal vehicle in the community is required
