Red Mountain is hiring a Delivery Driver who’s friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented. If you're looking for a role where your reliability is valued and your work truly makes a difference, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver floral products to customers across Salt Lake City and surrounding areas
• Start your day early and finish by mid-afternoon
• Load and unload products (up to 50 lbs) with care and efficiency
• Follow established routes and systems—we thrive on structure and consistency
• Provide friendly, helpful service to our florist customers
• Keep your vehicle clean and in great shape

Schedule:

• Monday: 4:00 AM – until finished
• Tuesday: 6:00 AM – until finished
• Wednesday–Friday: 7:00 AM – until finished
• Typical end time: ~2:00 PM (Fridays: ~4:00–5:00 PM depending on volume)
• One Saturday per month (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

What You Bring:

• At least 21 years old
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Can pass a DOT medical exam (includes hearing, vision, and drug screening)
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Friendly and professional with customers
• Committed to staying at least one year
• Enjoys working solo but being part of a reliable, good-natured team

Pay & Perks:

• Starting pay: $17/hour
• (raises available after training milestones)
• Weekly hours: 35–45 per week
