Job Description:
The Front of House Manager will assume a critical role in orchestrating memorable experiences for our visitors. This position involves overseeing all aspects of tasting room operations, seated and guided flight experiences, and bistro lunch in order to ensure flawless execution and superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Train and manage staff in food service and hospitality best practices.
- Supervise inventory control and cash handling procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Conduct interviews and onboarding for new team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining environment while adhering to health and safety standards.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staff training and management within a hospitality setting
- Strong background in food service management and kitchen operations
- Proficiency in supervising teams and conducting interviews
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha and Micros
- Culinary experience, including food preparation and catering
- Knowledge of inventory control and cash handling procedures
- Experience in both casual and fine dining environments
