Pay: $415 per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:15 PM (35 hours per week)

Red Oak Camp is a nonprofit outdoor camp that helps campers explore nature, gain independence, and build leadership skills through hands-on adventure programs. Our campers participate in outdoor activities designed to foster confidence and teamwork.
Job Overview
As a Lead Camp Counselor, you will supervise a group of 10-12 campers and ensure they have a safe, engaging, and memorable summer. You will help facilitate a variety of outdoor activities and support campers in trying new things.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with campers throughout the day.
- Encourage positive group dynamics and personal growth.
- Support instructors in leading activities.
- Monitor camper safety and well-being.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Positive attitude, leadership skills, and adaptability.
