Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:15 PM (35 hours per week)

Job Overview
As a Summer Camp Counselor – Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a group of 10-12 campers through daily activities, ensuring they are engaged, safe, and having fun. You will serve as a mentor and role model while helping campers explore the outdoors and try new activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a group of 10-12 campers through scheduled activities.
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and confidence-building.
- Assist activity instructors and facilitate group transitions.
- Monitor camper well-being and report any concerns to leadership.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive camp culture.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience working with children in a camp, coaching, is nice.
- Energetic, responsible, and able to create a fun, safe environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
