Multiple sites consisting of both commercial and residential properties in San Luis Obispo County, CA.

Job Overview

These tasks provide a basic guide to your daily duties and are essential for you to be successful in this role.
Tasks
· Making mobile patrol stops of multiple sites which, include walking the grounds of every property.
· Scanning NFC tags.
· Parking enforcement (towing and/or issuing warning citations).
· Securing/locking up facilities.
· Writing security and maintenance incident reports.
· Removing trespassers from sites.
Qualifications
· Have one year or more experience in security or other form of protective services.
· Clean driving record.
· Have effective written and oral communication across all levels of the organization and externally.
· Be highly dependable.
· Work independently.
· Pay close attention to detail.
· Stay calm & professional in difficult situations.
· Take initiative
