The entry-level Contract Analyst role at Red Oak Sourcing supports contract-related and data validation activities. This includes contract maintenance, validation, data entry, auditing, and data reconciliations.
This is a hybrid position with a required schedule: onsite in our Foxboro, MA location on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote on Monday and Friday.
Responsibilities
- Execute contractual activities including contract preparation, validation, execution, audits, document retention, and related reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external business partners to process and monitor contract loading.
- Data entry and system maintenance for contracts within Red Oak Sourcing's custom applications and Microsoft Azure Data Platform.
- Manage contracts and formularies ensuring alignment and coordination with Cardinal Health and CVS Health.
- Serve as Super User/System Administrator of the content management system (Contract Logix).
- Identify and report system issues to our third-party consulting partner.
- Own and manage changes to Data Validation SOPs, communicate changes internally and to parent organizations.
- Perform routine data feed reconciliations from Cardinal Health and CVS Health.
- Analyze and troubleshoot reconciliation issues, determining resolution steps.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure daily data feeds are loaded and validated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams.
- Strong team player with solid communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills a plus.
