About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives at the intersection of relationship building, consultative problem solving, and driving revenue. This is not a traditional support focused CSM role. You'll manage a pool of clients accounts and carry an annual sales quota that will grow with your success and development of the role.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of experience looking to grow in both strategic account management and consultative sales.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of pooled client accounts, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, building strong, long-term relationships
- Meet and exceed a defined sales quota through upsells, cross-sells and renewals
- Conduct program reviews and strategic check-in's to align on goals and uncover new needs
- Help clients connect the dots between their business objectives and Red Pepper's service offerings
- Participate in implementation kickoff calls to ensure a smooth client start
- Coordinate account renewals, ensure timely communication with clients and prepare the necessary contracts.
- Accurately maintain records of client interactions, account activity and pipeline in CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and deliver value
- Stay up to date on Red Pepper's services and best practices for experience management programs
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management or inside sales
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals or revenue targets
- Comfortable running client meetings and presenting tailored solutions
- Solid organization and time management skills; able to manage multiple accounts at once
- Curiosity and proactive mindset--you see client needs and opportunities before they do
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with Experience Management Programs like the Qualtrics platform is a plus
