Position Summary :
The Sales Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting our sales operations by managing order entry, processing, and customer service. This individual will collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and provide administrative support to the sales team. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to providing exceptional support to both customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities :
- Order Entry & Processing :
Accurately enter and confirm customer orders via EDI and manual submissions.
Update and manage order changes in coordination with sales and warehouse teams.
Track outsourced inventory and customer drop-shipments.
Assist with new item setup and maintain Master Item Spec Sheet.
