Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Department Heads
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Cordinate with external vendors and contractors
  • Assist with special projects and events
  • Develop and maintain procedures and policies

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Legal secretary or paralegal certification preferred
  • Basic bookkeeping/accounting skills preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
