What are the responsibilities and job description for the Toddler Teacher position at Red Robin Academy?

Maintains an open, friendly, and cooperative relationship with each child and family.
Promotes parent-child bonding and nurturing parent-child relationships.
Promotes feelings of security and trust in infants and toddlers.
Greets toddler and their parents warmly and with enthusiasm each morning.
Assures that: each toddler is warmly greeted upon arrival; and each child is gradually assisted to become a part of the small group of four.
Talks sing and read to toddler.
Properly sanitize and disinfect tables, chairs, and other utensils/appliances used in the toddler room daily.
Encourage toddlers to reach all developmentally appropriate milestones.
Required to complete 36 Professional Development training hours.

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
