As an Escrow Officer at Red Rock Title, you'll play a key role in managing and overseeing real estate transactions, ensuring smooth, timely closings, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks will be essential as you work alongside real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review title commitments, purchase agreements, and other relevant documents to ensure accurate processing.
• Coordinate the escrow process with all parties involved, including real estate agents, lenders, borrowers, buyers, and sellers.
• Maintain consistent communication with lenders to secure necessary approvals.
• Order title commitment updates, tax information, and payoff updates from relevant authorities.
• Prepare detailed settlement statements and closing documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Organize and maintain lender documents for smooth processing and closings.

Requirements:

• 3 years of recent experience as a full-time escrow officer.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the title insurance industry.
• Experience handling purchase, refinance, and commercial transactions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and contribute to the success of the organization.
