Opportunity:
Red Rock Title is looking for an outstanding Full-Service Escrow Officer to join
the team. Escrow Officers are responsible for maintaining client relationships by
demonstrating professional service and communication. As a member of our
escrow team, you would prepare statements for purchase and refinance
transactions, coordinate title clearance for closings, obtain tax information from
taxing authorities, order payoffs from lien holders, order subordinations, and
schedule closings. It is crucial to communicate accurately and effectively. Escrow
Officers are in contact with brokers, real estate agents, builders, attorneys, lenders,
and other clients to obtain information to complete transactions.
Responsibilities:
Review the title commitment, purchase agreement, and other applicable
documents;
Coordinate the transaction process with real estate agents, lenders,
borrowers, buyers, and sellers;
Communicate with lenders to obtain approval;
Order title commitment updates, tax updates, and pay-off updates;
Prepare settlement statements and closing documents;
Organize lender documents.
Requirements
3 Years of immediate past experience as a full-time escrow officer;
Extensive industry knowledge;
Experience with purchase, refinance, and commercial transactions;
Excellent communication and organization skills;
Positive attitude;
Team focus.
