Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Houseman to join our team at Red Roof Inn - Farmington Hills. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas and helping housekeeping ,maintenance.Also contributing to an exceptional experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of Lobby,Guest laundry and common areas.
- Ensure all supplies are stocked and available for housekeeping tasks.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in all areas of the hotel.
- Assist with laundry and Housekeeping services as needed to ensure timely availability of clean linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
