What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at red roof inn?
We are looking for a front desk agent from 2-3 days a week. Friday and saturday from 11pm-7am and Wednesday 3pm-11pm. This is similar to a receptionist position, and your tasks include answering phone, greet clients and update their information in our computer system. It is essential that you keep our reception area clean and organized, presenting a welcoming atmosphere to any visitors, checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk running smoothly.
