- Greet and welcome Guest in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information and assistance to guests
-Make Reservation , check in and out guest
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- computer literacy, but willing to train.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
