Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and feedback.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
- Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
