Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
• Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
• Maintain accurate records by proofreading documents and filing essential paperwork.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Support administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and managing correspondence.
• Utilize Google Suite for various clerical tasks, ensuring all documentation is organized and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.

Experience

• Previous experience in a clerical or front desk role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer support skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse guests.
• Proficient typing skills and familiarity with office software, particularly Google Suite.
• Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all communications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.50 - $10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 9 – 40 per week
