Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, and guest services.

- Supervise and train staff across various departments, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Manage human resources functions, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain effective communication with guests to address inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and special events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as industry standards.
