Duties
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Prepare reports for management on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property during night hours.
- Assist with phone inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.

Skills
