Position Responsibilities
- Assist FIT team in providing accurate booking / cancellation of FIT requests
- Responsible for handling FIT email inquiries and phone calls.
- Provide accurate documentation.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner and always use proper etiquette and language.
- Maintain department performance standards.
- Maintain current awareness of new procedures, memos, and department objectives
- Communicate with management regarding any issues related to customers, equipment, and escalated situations or problems
- Operate all equipment as instructed and for its intended use
- Other duties as assigned
