Safety is the cornerstone of our operations and integral to our identity. To further strengthen our commitment to safety, we are seeking a Safety Director to facilitate, oversee, and document our safety operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our robust safety focus continues to thrive.

Job Description: As the Safety Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all safety programs and policies within the organization. You will ensure compliance with industry regulations, promote a culture of safety, and lead initiatives to minimize risks and enhance the well-being of our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies.

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.

• Lead safety training, awareness programs and committees for employees.

• Investigate and report on incidents and accidents.

• Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of safety.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging safety trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or at least 5 years of safety leadership experience.

• Proven experience as a Safety Director or similar role in construction or the telecommunications industry.

• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data and develop effective safety strategies.

• Professional Certification in safety (e.g., CSP, CHST, CUSP, CIH) is a plus.

• Preferred Specific Training (CPR/FA Instructor, OSHA 500, Rigging, Human Performance, Cell Towers/Structures, Radio Frequency)
